We hope this finds you and your family healthy! Our highest priority is the health and safety of our staff and our Scrubble’s community.
After a careful review of basic preventative measures recommended by both national and local health agencies, we would like to share the procedures we have in place:
- We have a strict policy requiring any staff member experiencing any cold or symptoms to stay at home.
- Personal Protection equipment such as facemasks, gloves and shoe covers are provided for each of our staff.
- Preventing cross contamination both between appointments and within homes is always a priority. Staff will disinfect hands and put on gloves prior entering each home.
- Any products, supplies, equipment we may use in the cleaning process will be thoroughly disinfected prior to use in each home.
- Staff will practice social distancing (6+feet) in each home. Our customers can help by moving to a separate room, or by choosing to be away from the home.
- Special attention will be paid to sanitizing “high touch” areas in the home such as door handles, light switches, hand railings, countertops, appliance handles/knobs, countertops, bathrooms, etc. to ensure your safety. We have EPA approved disinfecting products that are both effective and safe to use in your home.
- We ask each customer to reschedule their cleaning appointment if they are experiencing any signs of respiratory illness, fever or any known COVID-19 exposures.
